At Croydon Mattress Factory, we combine: |
- Our Quilting Department - Large computer directed quiliting machines, stitch layers of memory foam, latex foam or perma-lux foam to the outer fabrics, in attractive patterns.
- Our Cutting and Sewing Department - Where skilled personnel, fashion the inner and outer fabrics to perfect dimensions.
- Our Building Department - where experienced craftsmen construct your mattress, utlizing America's finest triple tempered steel coils, upholstered with various layers of dura-foam, latex or memory foam and posture-shield pads.
Pure foam styles are "fused" with dura-foam, latex or memory foam layers for long lasting support and comfort.
- Our Taping Department - Our tapers merge the outer quilting with side walls, taping and sewing, to finish your mattress with infinite care.
- Packing/Inspection Department - We trim, finish, label and inspect, to meet the most rigorous standards anywhere.
- Engineering / Testing Department - Here, 100 years of combined experience and knowledge, carefully engineer the next great advance in comfort, support and durability, intensively testing, at each stage of development.
