74 years ago, in 1936, in the middle of a Depression, it took a lot of faith, determination, and vision, to start a mattress factory, with only $50 in borrowed money and an old panel truck. Nevertheless, through Depression, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, the Cold War, and through 12 U.S. Presidents, our mattress company has kept the faith, in building the finest mattresses in America, incorporating quality, value, support, and comfort that lasts. Today, guided by a fourth generation, in two fine factories using "state of the art" computer driven quilters, "cutting edge" sewing, cutting, and building equipment, we take great pride in our product. Our corp of trained craftsmen use the latest premium comfort materials, like Thermo-Pedic memory foam, Pure latex foam, HR Perma-Lux foam, Shield-Tex Posture Pads, in making Pillow Top, Euro-Pillow, or Tight Top varieties, providing all the comfort any sleeper could desire.

Spine-on-line posture support is guaranteed by using the heaviest, triple tempered, steel coils in offset, spiral-tek, or even pocketed coil systems. Over a dozen varieties of solid, pure, foam mattresses in combinations of Latex foam, Thermo-Pedic memory foam, HI-Resiliency Perma-Lux or Dura-Lux foams. Marvelous "comfort cuddly" miracle stitch quilted surfaces for luxury and beauty. We are makers of the famous Omni-Bed adjustable bed, where you can raise your head or feet at the touch of a button, read, watch TV, fight Acid Reflux, improve circulation, or luxuriate on a variety of mattresses. Our custom size department makes mattresses for boats, RV's, sleeper truck cabs, and antique or foreign beds. Our Dorothy Allen creations of hand crafts and beautiful, fully upholstered headboards in your choice of fabric or choose from our large selection of fabrics.
